At SOULROOTED24, each product is carefully prepared and handled to ensure quality and authenticity. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer replacements once an order has been delivered.

We request all customers to carefully review their order details before placing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at soulrooted24@gmail.com with clear images or videos of the issue.

Our team will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution if the issue is found to be genuine.

Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes all bracelets and accessories, as they are considered personal-use items.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
